This compact, air-operated double-diaphragm pump is designed for small-volume chemical transfers via a 1/2" connection and a polypropylene fluid path. With a flow capacity of 49.2 liters per minute and a maximum discharge pressure of 6.9 bar, it is used in laboratory lines, dosing systems, and sample transfer. The fluid head, manifold, and ports are made of polypropylene, providing corrosion resistance in acid, base, and salt solutions. The use of Santoprene in the ball and diaphragm offers a more flexible operating profile compared to the PTFE variant of the same size, as well as better fatigue resistance in fluids containing abrasive solids; however, the PTFE configuration should be preferred in lines containing concentrated solvents. It can handle solid particles up to 2.4 mm in size and is self-priming with a maximum suction head of 4.6 meters.
