ARO PD05P-ASS-STT Compatible 1/2″ Stainless Steel Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

This compact, air-operated double-diaphragm pump, featuring a 1/2" NPTF connection and an all-stainless-steel fluid path, is designed for small-volume transfer lines that require hygiene or corrosion resistance. With a flow capacity of 45.4 liters per minute and a maximum fluid pressure of 6.9 bar, it is used in laboratory, pharmaceutical, and food processing applications. The fluid head, manifold, and connection fittings are made of stainless steel, while the seats are 316-grade; this construction provides a cleanable fluid path and offers higher mechanical strength compared to plastic-bodied alternatives. The combination of a PTFE ball and a PTFE/Santoprene diaphragm provides broad chemical compatibility. With a measured sound level of 75 dB(A), it is one of the quietest models in the series; it does not require additional soundproofing in enclosed laboratory environments. It can handle solid particles up to 2.4 mm in size. The maximum operating temperature is 79.4 °C; this value is more limited than that of high-temperature models with PTFE diaphragms and should be taken into account when making a selection.
