Wilden P.025/PPPPP/WFS/TF/PWF Compatible 1/4″ Polypropylene Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

With a 1/4" connection size and a body weight of just 1 kg, it is the smallest and lightest model in the series. With a flow capacity of 18 liters per minute, it is designed for laboratory benchtop use, feeding analytical instruments, and low-volume dosing applications; thanks to its portable size, it can be used point-to-point without requiring fixed installation. The fluid head, air chamber, center block, outer piston, and air valve are all made of polypropylene; since there is no metal in the fluid path, the risk of corrosion in acid and base solutions is eliminated. Thermoplastic elastomer is used for the diaphragm and seat O-rings, while PTFE is used for the balls—this combination provides the valve assembly with broader chemical resistance without compromising the diaphragm’s flexibility. In applications requiring precise flow control on a small scale, stepless adjustment can be achieved using an air regulator.
