ARO PD15A-AAP-AAA Compatible 1.5″ Aluminum Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, NPTF

This air-operated double-diaphragm pump, featuring a 1.5" NPTF connection and an all-aluminum construction, is designed for medium-flow industrial transfer lines. With a flow capacity of 465.6 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar, it bridges the flow range between the 1" and 2" models. The liquid head, manifold, center section, and all seats are made of aluminum, while the connection hardware is made of coated steel; the metal seat design provides more reliable sealing at high cycle counts compared to plastic-seated alternatives. The use of Santoprene in the ball and diaphragm provides fatigue resistance in fluids containing abrasive solids. It can handle solid particles up to 6.4 mm in size, is self-priming with a dry suction lift of 4.2 meters, and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +177 °C. The noise level of 82.8 dB(A) is lower than that of 2" models in the same flow rate class. The mounting dimensions are 228.6 × 298.5 mm.
