ARO PD15A-BSS-STT Compatible 1.5″ Stainless Steel Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

This air-operated double-diaphragm pump is designed for medium-flow transfer lines handling corrosive and hygiene-sensitive fluids, featuring a 1.5" BSP connection and a stainless steel fluid path. With a flow capacity of 465.6 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar, it is used in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing applications. The liquid head, manifold, and connection fittings are made of stainless steel, with 316-grade components; the aluminum center section reduces the total weight compared to fully stainless steel bodies. The combination of a PTFE ball and a PTFE/Santoprene diaphragm provides broad chemical compatibility, ranging from strong solvents to water-based fluids. It can handle solid particles up to 6.4 mm in size, is self-priming with a dry suction lift of 4.2 meters, and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +177 °C. The noise level of 82.8 dB(A) is lower than that of 2" models in the same flow rate class. The mounting dimensions are 228.6 × 298.5 mm.
