This air-operated double-diaphragm pump, featuring a 3" BSP connection and an all-aluminum construction, is designed for high-volume industrial transfer lines. With a maximum operating pressure of 6 bar, it is used for transferring antifreeze, detergent solutions, motor oil, hydraulic fluid, and wastewater. Buna-N (nitrile) is used throughout the housing, ball, and diaphragm; this elastomer exhibits significant resistance to petroleum derivatives and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Compliance with ATEX and CE standards allows it to be used in installations requiring certification in facilities with explosive atmosphere classifications—the absence of an electric motor already eliminates the risk of sparks, and the ATEX certification formally confirms this. The liquid section and central section are made of aluminum. It can handle solid particles up to 6.35 mm in size, and the maximum operating temperature is 66 °C.
