This is an air-operated double-diaphragm pump designed for the high-flow transfer of corrosive fluids via a 2" ANSI/DIN flanged connection and a polypropylene fluid path. With a flow capacity of 696 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar, it is used in acid and base transfer lines, wastewater treatment plants, and chemical feed systems. The liquid head, manifold, and seats are made of polypropylene; the center section is a polypropylene/vinyl ester composite; and the connection fittings are made of stainless steel. The use of Santoprene in the ball and diaphragm provides a more flexible operating profile compared to the PTFE variant of the same housing, as well as better fatigue resistance in fluids containing abrasive solids; however, the PTFE configuration should be preferred for lines containing concentrated solvents. It can handle solid particles up to 6.4 mm in size, is self-priming with a dry suction lift of 4.2 meters, and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +170 °C. The mounting dimensions are 207.8 × 359.7 mm.

Corrosion-Resistant Fluid Path
