Wilden T15/AAAAB/NES/NE/NE/0014 Compatible 3″ Aluminum Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, Neoprene

This air-operated double-diaphragm pump, featuring a 3" connection size and an all-aluminum construction, is designed for high-volume transfer lines. With a flow capacity of 878 liters per minute, it is used for large-tank emptying, pool drainage, and high-volume line feeding applications. Neoprene is used for all diaphragms, balls, and seats; this elastomer is preferred for outdoor applications or lines operating under variable temperatures because, in addition to its good resistance to oils and aliphatic hydrocarbons, it is also resistant to ozone, weathering, and aging. For ketones and strong oxidizers, a PTFE configuration should be selected. The liquid head, air chamber, center block, and outer piston are made of aluminum, while the air valve is made of bronze to ensure wear resistance at high cycle rates. With a body weight of 51 kg and a BSPT threaded connection standard, it can be installed on existing lines without an adapter.
