ARO 666120-2EB-C Compatible 1″ Aluminum Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

This air-operated double-diaphragm pump, featuring a 1" connection size and an aluminum fluid head, is designed for small- to medium-volume transfer lines. It operates at a flow rate of 133 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar. A key feature of this model is its sound level of 64.5 dB(A); while other models in the series range from 82 to 86 dB(A), this value allows for use in environments where hearing protection is not required and in areas with high personnel density. The seats are made of 316 stainless steel, and the balls and diaphragms are made of Santoprene; this combination provides metal strength on the sealing surface and flexibility on the elastomer side. The operating range of -51 to +138 °C is wider than that of other models in the series at the low-temperature end and offers advantages in chilled fluid lines. It can handle solid particles up to 3.2 mm in size. NPTF and BSP parallel-threaded connection options are available.
