This compact, air-operated double-diaphragm pump, featuring a 1/2" NPT connection and an aluminum body, is designed for small-volume transfer lines that require chemical resistance. It operates with a flow capacity of 45.4 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 6.9 bar. The diaphragm combines PTFE and Santoprene: the PTFE layer, which comes into contact with the fluid, provides chemical resistance against concentrated acids, ketones, and solvents, while the Santoprene layer behind it improves flexibility and extends the service life — this design reduces the premature fatigue issues caused by stiffness in single-layer PTFE diaphragms. The PTFE ball and stainless steel check valve seat provide the valve assembly with the same level of resistance. It operates at a maximum temperature of 93.3 °C and allows the passage of solid particles up to 2.4 mm in size. It has a self-priming capacity of 3 meters in dry conditions and 4.6 meters in wet conditions. The body dimensions are 298 × 209 × 206 mm.

Double-Layer Diaphragm
