ARO PD30A-AAP-AAA-C Compatible 3″ Aluminum Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, NPTF

With a 3" connection size and an all-aluminum construction, this is the model with the highest flow rate in the series. With a flow capacity of 1,041 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar, it is used for large-volume tank emptying, pool drainage, and main line supply applications; A displacement of 10.6 liters per cycle ensures high flow rates even at low cycle speeds, which in turn reduces the fatigue load on the diaphragm. The liquid head, manifold, and air motor section are made of aluminum, while the connection hardware is made of coated steel. The seat, ball, and diaphragm are all made of Santoprene; since it can handle solid particles up to 9.5 mm in size, the risk of clogging is low in lines containing sludge and suspended solids. Connection options include NPTF, BSP parallel, and ANSI/DIN flanges. It is self-priming with a dry suction depth of 4.2 meters, operates in the range of -40 to +177 °C, and has mounting dimensions of 258 × 306 mm.
