Graco Husky 2150 DF2911 Compatible 2″ Polypropylene Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, PTFE

This is a 2" 2150 Series air-operated double-diaphragm pump. With a flow rate of 568 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.4 bar, it is used in high-volume transfer lines. The closed-center air valve is accessible from the outside; the pump can be serviced without being removed from the line. Since it can handle solid particles up to 6.3 mm in diameter, it operates without clogging in tank drainage and slurry lines. The polypropylene liquid section ensures safe transfer in conditions where metal bodies would corrode when exposed to acid, base, and salt solutions. The PTFE diaphragm and ball maintain structural integrity in concentrated acids, ketones, aromatic solvents, and oxidizing chemicals. This configuration operates with a PTFE diaphragm at fluid temperatures up to 104 °C. It corresponds exactly to the Graco® Husky 2150 series part number 2150P-A01AP2PPPTPTPT (code DF2911); it is manufactured with the same connection sizes and can be installed directly into the existing setup.
