Graco Husky 1050 649117 Compatible 1″ Polypropylene Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, with End Flange

This is a 1" 1050 Series air-operated double-diaphragm pump. With a flow rate of 189 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.6 bar, it is used in high-pressure applications involving medium-volume transfer lines. The non-stuttering, low-pulsation air valve changes direction without stalling during sudden load changes; the one-piece center section minimizes leakage points. With a 3.2 mm solid passage, it offers a dry suction depth of 4.9 meters and a wet suction depth of 8.8 meters. The polypropylene fluid section ensures safe transfer in conditions where metal bodies are subject to corrosion in acid, base, and salt solutions. The Santoprene diaphragm and ball provide fatigue resistance in fluids containing abrasive solids; using a single elastomer type simplifies maintenance inventory. It is manufactured as a direct replacement for the Graco® Husky 1050 649117 pump with the same connection dimensions and can be installed directly in place of the existing unit.
