PA 05 — Metal Air-Driven Diaphragm Pump

PA 05 consists of a compact metal air-driven diaphragm pump designed for chemical, petrochemical, and wastewater applications with 3/4" connection and aluminum / ductile iron / 316L stainless steel body options. It offers reliable performance in small and medium-scale industrial transfer lines with a flow capacity of 57 liters per minute and a maximum working pressure of 7 bar. With a delivery head of 70 m and a suction depth of 6–7 m, it adapts to a wide range of piping configurations. Its structure allows particle passage up to 3 mm, enabling the transfer of chemical solutions containing solids and paint-coating products. The 316L stainless steel body option provides resistance to highly corrosive environments such as strong acids, bases, and solvents, while enabling safe use in lines under mechanical load where plastic bodies would be insufficient. The air-driven system allows ATEX-compliant safe operation in explosive environments with electrical and spark hazards. The dry-running-resistant diaphragm structure eliminates pump failure risk in tank emptying operations. With six elastomer options including Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM, and PTFE, PA 05 can be adapted to a wide range of chemicals, making it an ideal solution for small-scale industrial applications requiring metal durability. Despite its compact dimensions, it offers full-performance operation as a metal air-driven diaphragm pump, providing a wide range of applications from chemistry laboratories to field transfer points.
