ARO 66605J-344 Compatible 1/2″ Polypropylene Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

This compact, air-operated double-diaphragm pump is designed for small-volume chemical transfers via a 1/2" connection and a fully polypropylene fluid path. With a flow capacity of 49.2 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 6.9 bar, it is used in laboratory lines, dosing systems, and sample transfer. The polypropylene fluid head, manifold, and ports provide corrosion resistance against acid, base, and salt solutions. The combination of a PTFE ball and a PTFE/Santoprene diaphragm offers a long service life in both aggressive chemicals and water-based fluids. Since it can handle solid particles up to 2.4 mm in size, it can also operate with solutions containing sediment. Thanks to its integrated silencer, it operates quietly at a sound level of 71.1 dB(A) and does not require an additional silencer in enclosed laboratory environments. With a dry suction depth of 4.6 meters, it is self-priming and operates within a wide temperature range of -40 to +177 °C.
