This compact, air-operated double-diaphragm pump is designed for small-volume chemical transfers via a 1/2" connection and a fully polypropylene fluid path. With a flow capacity of 49.2 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 6.9 bar, it is used in laboratory lines, dosing systems, and sample transfer. The polypropylene fluid head, manifold, and ports provide corrosion resistance against acid, base, and salt solutions. The combination of a PTFE ball and a PTFE/Santoprene diaphragm offers a long service life in both aggressive chemicals and water-based fluids. Since it can handle solid particles up to 2.4 mm in size, it can also operate with solutions containing sediment. Thanks to its integrated silencer, it operates quietly at a sound level of 71.1 dB(A) and does not require an additional silencer in enclosed laboratory environments. With a dry suction depth of 4.6 meters, it is self-priming and operates within a wide temperature range of -40 to +177 °C.

All-Polypropylene Fluid Path
The liquid inlet, manifold, and all ports are made of polypropylene; they provide corrosion resistance in acid, base, and salt solutions.
Integrated Muffler
The silencer integrated into the body delivers a sound level of 71.1 dB(A); no additional equipment is required in enclosed spaces.
Wide Temperature Range
It operates between -40 and +177 °C and can be used with both cooled and heated process fluids.
Self-Priming
With a dry suction depth of 4.6 meters, it can be put into service without requiring installation beneath the tank and will not be damaged even if it runs dry.
