This is a 1" 1050 Series air-operated double-diaphragm pump. With a flow rate of 189 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.6 bar, it is used in high-pressure applications involving medium-volume transfer lines. The non-stuttering, low-pulsation air valve changes direction without stalling during sudden load changes; the one-piece center section minimizes leakage points. With a 3.2 mm solid passage, it offers a dry suction depth of 4.9 meters and a wet suction depth of 8.8 meters. The polypropylene fluid section ensures safe transfer in conditions where metal bodies are subject to corrosion in acid, base, and salt solutions. The PTFE diaphragm and ball maintain structural integrity when handling concentrated acids, ketones, aromatic solvents, and oxidizing chemicals. Manufactured as a direct replacement for the Graco® Husky 1050 649132 pump with identical connection dimensions, it can be installed directly into an existing setup.
