PP 15SS — 316 Stainless Steel Diaphragm Pump

PP 15SS consists of a metal air-operated diaphragm pump designed for the transfer of corrosive and food-compatible liquids with a 316L stainless steel cast body. With a 1½" connection and 400 liters/minute flow capacity, it is safely used in medium-scale industrial lines. Compared to aluminum and cast iron bodies, 316L stainless steel cast provides superior chemical resistance against concentrated acids, strong bases, and halogenated solvents; therefore PP 15SS is the preferred solution in highly corrosive environments where standard AL or DD bodies are insufficient. Smooth internal surface quality and stainless steel body structure prevent metal contamination in liquid, meeting hygienic transfer requirements in food, beverage, and pharmaceutical production lines; with FDA-compliant elastomer options (EPDM, PTFE) it ensures full compliance with food safety standards. With 7 bar operating pressure and 6 m suction depth, this air-operated diaphragm pump provides stable flow performance in industrial process lines, and safely operates in cold storage and high-temperature environments with a wide temperature range from −18 to +100 °C. Its structure allowing particle passage up to 6 mm enables the pumping of corrosive liquids with solid content and food product concentrates without clogging risk. The dry-run tolerant diaphragm structure protects the pump during tank emptying processes; the air-driven system allows ATEX-compliant safe operation in explosive environments with spark risk.
