ARO 6661A3-344-C Compatible 1″ Polypropylene Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

This is an air-operated double-diaphragm pump designed for the transfer of corrosive fluids, featuring a polypropylene fluid path and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar. Polypropylene housings maintain leak-tight performance in acid, base, and salt solutions where metal housings would corrode. The combination of a PTFE ball and a PTFE/Santoprene diaphragm allows operation across a wide range of chemicals, from strong solvents to water-based fluids; the Santoprene layer provides flexibility, while the PTFE layer ensures chemical resistance. Since the pump operates solely on compressed air, it contains no electric motor or mechanical seal; this ensures safe use in solvent environments where there is a risk of sparks and results in low maintenance costs. The supply line pressure is limited to 0.69 bar; higher inlet pressure shortens the diaphragm’s service life. Flow rate is continuously adjustable via the air regulator.
