ARO PD15A-BAP-AAA Compatible 1.5″ Aluminum Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, BSP

This air-operated double-diaphragm pump, featuring a 1.5" BSP connection and an all-aluminum construction, is designed for medium-flow industrial transfer lines. With a flow capacity of 465.6 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar, it bridges the flow range between the 1" and 2" models. The liquid head, manifold, center section, and all seats are made of aluminum, while the connection fittings are made of coated steel; the metal seat design provides more reliable sealing at high cycle counts compared to plastic-seated alternatives. The use of Santoprene in the ball and diaphragm provides fatigue resistance in fluids containing abrasive solids and simplifies maintenance inventory by using a single type of elastomer. The BSP threaded connection standard allows for direct connection to piping systems installed according to European standards. It can handle solid particles up to 6.4 mm in size, is self-priming with a dry suction depth of 4.2 meters, and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +177 °C. The mounting dimensions are 228.6 × 298.5 mm.
