ARO PD20A-ASS-STT-B Compatible 2″ Stainless Steel Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, NPTF

This is an air-operated double-diaphragm pump designed for transfer lines handling corrosive fluids and requiring high hygiene standards, featuring a 2" NPTF threaded connection and a stainless steel fluid path. With a flow capacity of 651 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar, it is used in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing applications. The liquid head, manifold, and connection fittings are made of stainless steel, while the diaphragm housings are 316-grade; this construction ensures corrosion resistance in acidic environments while providing a cleanable fluid path. The PTFE ball and PTFE/Santoprene diaphragm construction allow operation with a wide range of chemicals, from strong solvents to water-based fluids. Since the air motor section is made of aluminum, the pump’s total weight is lower compared to all-stainless-steel bodies. It can handle solid particles up to 6.4 mm in size, is self-priming with a dry suction lift of 4.2 meters, and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +177 °C.
