ARO PD20A-BAP-AAA-B Compatible 2″ Aluminum Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

This is an air-operated double-diaphragm pump designed for general-purpose industrial transfer lines with a 2" connection size and an aluminum fluid path. With a flow capacity of 651 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar, it is used for transferring wastewater, cutting fluids, oil, and water-based fluids. The liquid head and manifold are made of aluminum; this construction offers a lighter and more economical option compared to stainless steel housings, while providing sufficient durability in neutral and slightly alkaline environments. The use of Santoprene throughout the seat, ball, and diaphragm provides high fatigue resistance in lines containing abrasive solids and under frequent operation; since only one type of elastomer is used, spare parts inventory is also simplified. It can handle solid particles up to 6.4 mm in size, is self-priming with a dry suction depth of 4.2 meters, and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +177 °C.
