ARO PD20A-BSS-STT-B Compatible 2″ Stainless Steel Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

This is an air-operated double-diaphragm pump designed for transfer lines handling corrosive fluids and requiring high hygiene standards, featuring a 2" connection size and a stainless steel fluid path. With a flow capacity of 651 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.3 bar, it is used in chemical, pharmaceutical, and food processing applications. The liquid head and manifold are made of stainless steel, while the seats are made of 316-grade stainless steel; this combination provides corrosion resistance in acidic environments while offering a cleanable surface. The PTFE ball and PTFE/Santoprene diaphragm construction allows operation across a wide range of chemicals, from strong solvents to water-based fluids. The aluminum air motor section reduces the pump’s total weight. It can handle solid particles up to 6.4 mm in size, is self-priming with a dry suction lift of 4.2 meters, and operates within a temperature range of -40 to +177 °C. It is manufactured with a BSP threaded connection standard.
