Graco Husky 2150 DFC666-Compatible 2″ Aluminum Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, Santoprene

This is a 2" 2150 Series air-operated double-diaphragm pump. With a flow rate of 568 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.4 bar, it is used in high-volume transfer lines. The closed-center air valve is accessible from the outside; the pump can be serviced without being removed from the line. Since it can handle solid particles up to 6.3 mm in diameter, it operates without clogging in tank drainage and slurry lines. The aluminum fluid section meets the needs of a wide range of general transfer applications at an economical housing cost. The Santoprene diaphragm and ball provide fatigue resistance in fluids containing abrasive solids; a single elastomer type simplifies maintenance inventory. This configuration operates with a Santoprene diaphragm at fluid temperatures up to 82 °C. It corresponds exactly to the DFC666 part number in the Graco® Husky 2150 series with configuration number 2150A-A01AA2SPSPSPPT; it is manufactured with the same connection dimensions and can be installed directly as a replacement in an existing setup.
