Graco Husky 2150 DFD311-Compatible 2″ Stainless Steel Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, PTFE

This is a 2" 2150 Series air-operated double-diaphragm pump. With a flow rate of 568 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.4 bar, it is used in high-volume transfer lines. The closed-center air valve is accessible from the outside; the pump can be serviced without being removed from the line. Since it can handle solid particles up to 6.3 mm in diameter, it operates without clogging in tank drainage and slurry lines. The 316 stainless steel fluid path provides resistance to corrosive fluids, while its cleanable surface makes it suitable for processes requiring high hygiene standards. PTFE diaphragm and ball; maintains structural integrity in concentrated acids, ketones, aromatic solvents, and oxidizing chemicals. This configuration operates with a PTFE diaphragm at fluid temperatures up to 104 °C. It corresponds exactly to the DFD311 part number with the configuration code 2150S-A01AS2SSPTPTPT in the Graco® Husky 2150 series; it is manufactured with the same connection dimensions and can be installed directly into the existing setup.
