Graco Husky 2150 DFF666 Compatible 2″ Cast Iron Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, Santoprene

This is a 2" 2150 Series air-operated double-diaphragm pump. With a flow rate of 568 liters per minute and a maximum operating pressure of 8.4 bar, it is used in high-volume transfer lines. The closed-center air valve is accessible from the outside; the pump can be serviced without being removed from the line. Since it can handle solid particles up to 6.3 mm in diameter, it operates without clogging in tank drainage and slurry lines. The cast iron liquid section provides impact and wear resistance in fluids containing abrasive solids. The Santoprene diaphragm and ball provide fatigue resistance in fluids containing abrasive solids; a single elastomer type simplifies maintenance inventory. This configuration operates with a Santoprene diaphragm at fluid temperatures up to 82 °C. It is a direct replacement for the DFF666 part number with the configuration code 2150I-A01AI2SPSPSPPT in the Graco® Husky 2150 series; it is manufactured with the same connection dimensions and can be installed directly in the existing setup.
