Wilden P.025/PPPPP/WFS/TF/KTV-Compatible 1/4″ Polypropylene Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, PVDF Housing

With a 1/4" connection size and a body weight of 1 kg, it is one of the smallest models in the series. With a flow capacity of 18 liters per minute, it is designed for laboratory benchtop use, feeding analytical instruments, and low-volume dosing applications. The fluid head, air chamber, center block, outer piston, and air valve are made of polypropylene. What distinguishes this configuration from the series’ polypropylene-seated variant is the valve seats: here, a seat with a PVDF body, PTFE-coated FKM O-ring is used. While PVDF offers higher temperature tolerance and resistance to halogenated compounds compared to polypropylene, the PTFE-coated O-ring isolates it from direct chemical contact. As a result, this model can operate with more aggressive fluids while using the same body. A thermoplastic elastomer is used for the diaphragm, and PTFE is used for the balls. Precise flow control on a small scale is achieved steplessly via an air regulator.
