Wilden P.025/PZPPP/TNL/TF/PTV Compatible 1/4″ Polypropylene Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

With a 1/4" connection size and an all-polypropylene construction, it is the smallest model in the series. Thanks to its compact body, it can be installed in tight spaces on laboratory benches, in analysis lines, and in small-volume dosing applications. The liquid inlet, air chamber, center block, and air valve are all made of polypropylene; this metal-free design protects the entire pump in environments where acid and base vapors cause corrosion on metal surfaces. The diaphragm is made of PTFE and features an EPDM support ring behind it; while the PTFE provides chemical resistance, the support ring improves flexibility, thereby extending the pump’s service life. The balls are made of PTFE, and the seats are made of polypropylene with an elastomer core coated with PTFE. The combined NPT and BSP connection design allows for installation on pipelines with different standards without the need for adapters.
