Wilden P200/PKPPP/TNU/TF/PTV Compatible 1″ Polypropylene Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, ANSI Flange

This air-operated double-diaphragm pump, featuring a 1" ANSI flanged connection and an all-polypropylene construction, is designed for the transfer of corrosive chemicals in medium volumes. With a flow capacity of 174 liters per minute and a body weight of 12 kg, it is a portable option. The liquid head, air chamber, center block, and air valve are all made of polypropylene, while the outer piston is made of PVDF for higher mechanical strength; since there is no metal in the liquid-contacting path, the risk of corrosion in acidic and alkaline environments is eliminated. The diaphragm is made of PTFE and features a neoprene support layer behind it—while PTFE provides chemical resistance, the support layer improves flexibility, thereby extending the service life. The balls are made of PTFE, and the seats are made of polypropylene coated with PTFE and featuring an FKM core. The bolted body construction provides a more reliable seal at high pressures compared to clamped designs.
