Wilden T15/AAAAB/BNS/BN/BN/0014 Compatible 3″ Aluminum Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump, Buna-N

This air-operated double-diaphragm pump, featuring a 3" connection size and an all-aluminum construction, is designed for high-volume transfer lines. With a flow capacity of 878 liters per minute, it is one of the largest models in the series; it is used for large-tank emptying, pool drainage, and high-volume line feeding applications. Buna-N (nitrile) is used for all diaphragms, balls, and seats; this elastomer is preferred in lines carrying petroleum products because it exhibits significant resistance to oil, fuel, hydraulic fluid, and aliphatic hydrocarbons. In contrast, the PTFE variant should be selected for use with ketones, strong oxidizers, and concentrated acids. The liquid head, air chamber, center block, and outer piston are made of aluminum, while the air valve is made of bronze to ensure wear resistance at high cycle rates. With a body weight of 50 kg and a BSPT threaded connection standard, it can be installed on existing lines without an adapter.
