PA 10 — Metal Air-Operated Diaphragm Pump

The PA 10, with 1" connection, 8.4 bar operating pressure and 160 lpm flow capacity, is a metal air-operated diaphragm pump designed for medium-scale industrial transfer applications. The wide temperature range between −18 °C and +100 °C enables safe operation in open fields under cold climate conditions and in cold storage lines; with this feature, uninterrupted operation is provided in winter months in petrochemical and mining fields. With 8.4 bar pressure and 80 m discharge height, the pump delivers stable flow in demanding transfer lines, and by allowing particle passage up to 4 mm, it is also suitable for solid-containing acidic pulp and sludge pumping applications. With aluminum or cast iron body options, it is resistant to mechanical impact and vibration in heavy industrial conditions. The dry-run capable diaphragm structure eliminates the risk of pump failure in tank emptying operations. The air-driven system enables ATEX-compliant safe operation in explosive environments with spark and electrical risk. With six elastomer options including Santoprene, Neoprene, EPDM, FKM and PTFE, the PA 10, easily adaptable to different chemical environments, offers a reliable metal air-operated diaphragm pump solution in the chemical, petrochemical, paint-coating and mining sectors.
