Things to Consider When Choosing a Food Pump

For low-medium viscosity products (liquids, juice, milk) a diaphragm pump is suitable. For high viscosity products (jam, paste, cream) a helical gear pump works more efficiently.

PH series hygienic pumps are CIP compatible. The pump can be left running during cleaning. Hot water is passed through the pump during the foam and disinfectant stages.
